These terms govern your use of Jobvetta. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Jobvetta.
The service
Jobvetta provides job discovery, links to official sources, account features, and optional tools for managing or assisting with applications. Features may change, be tested in early access, or be discontinued.
Listings and employer relationships
Listings originate from employers, applicant-tracking systems, and other identified sources. Employers control their openings and hiring decisions. Jobvetta is not the employer, recruitment agency, or agent of a listed organisation unless expressly stated.
We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every role remains open, that every field is complete, or that an employer will respond. Verify important details on the employer’s official application page.
Your account and applications
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining access to your sign-in provider, and for reviewing application information before submission. Do not provide false qualifications, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorised to use.
Submitting or assisting with an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment outcome.
Acceptable use
You may use Jobvetta for personal job seeking and other expressly supported purposes. You may not:
- scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell, or republish Jobvetta data;
- circumvent login gates, rate limits, click limits, access controls, or security measures;
- use automated access except through an interface we expressly provide;
- interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code;
- use Jobvetta to violate law or another person’s rights.
We may apply reasonable usage limits, including limits on outbound application-link access, to protect users and the service.
Intellectual property
Jobvetta’s software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. Employer names, job content, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. A listing on Jobvetta does not imply endorsement by either party.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Jobvetta at any time and may request account deletion through the contact page.
Disclaimers
Jobvetta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and the accuracy or outcome of any job opportunity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jobvetta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, lost opportunities, lost profits, or loss caused by an employer, external website, or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. We may update the terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
